This restaurant embodies the maturity of the Arrus\u00e9 Group concept, committed to authentic Mediterranean cuisine based on seasonal and market-fresh produce. Specializing in rice dishes and traditional dishes reinterpreted with contemporary sensibility, La Cuina de Laietana stands out for its bright and welcoming atmosphere, as well as its attentive service that makes customers feel right at home. It is a space where tradition and quality become the core of the entire experience.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, <strong>Gustos Madrid<\/strong>, located in the iconic Plaza Mayor, represents the group&#8217;s consolidation and expansion beyond Barcelona. This restaurant offers a menu true to traditional Mediterranean cuisine, designed for a broad and diverse clientele, both local and international.
